Incar Pasar Lokal, TNA Buka Pabrik Komponen Otomotif di Karawang Karawang – PT. Tuffindo Nittoku Autoneum (TNA) secara resmi mengoperasikan pabriknya di kawasan Surya Cipta City of Industry, Karawang Timur, Jawa Barat. Komponen otomotif, merupakan produk utama yang di produksi oleh pabrik yang memiliki kapasitas produksi 60 unit per jam ini.

Dalam kesempatan peresmian pabrik barunya, TNA juga mengumumkan bahwa TNA merupakan perusahaan gabungan dari PT.
Tuffindo Raya (Indonesia), Nihon Tokushu Toryo Co., Ltd (Nittoku) dari Jepang, dan Autoneum dari Swiss, yang masing-masing perusahaan tersebut memiliki pengalaman dalam dunia komponen otomotif lebih dari 30 tahun dinegaranya masing-masing.

Pabrik yang didirikan dengan investasi sebesar US$ 13 juta ini, berdiri diatas tanah seluas 17,616 meter persegi. Untuk bangunannya, pabrik ini memiliki luasan 10.500 meter persegi. Dalam sambutannya, President Director TNA, Masahide Sakurai mengatakan, TNA telah berdiri sejak 6 Maret 2012, dengan tujuan sebagai pemasok komponen otomotif di Indonesia.

TNA telah memulai pekerjaan konstruksi untuk pabrik ini pada bulan Agustus 2012. Dari pabrik ini, TNA memiliki beberapa produk. Lini produk pertamanya adalah lembar redaman, yang disebut Melsheet. Melsheet Line adalah mesin pertamanya dan memulai konstruksinya pada bulan Desember 2012 dan berhasil melakukan uji coba produksi Maret 2013.

“Untuk itu, kami percaya bahwa pasar otomotif Indonesia akan terus tumbuh di masa depan. Dalam situasi seperti saat ini, TNA berkomitmen untuk masa depan dengan terus melakukan ekspansi pasar yang sejalan dengan pertumbuhan industri otomotif di Indonesia.

Senada dengan hal itu, Uwe Dieter Trautmann, Head of Business Group Asia, Member of the Group Executive Board Autoneum mengatakan, Nittoku dan Autoneum memiliki sejarah perusahaan dan kemitraan yang sangat panjang.

“Kami telah menetapkan usaha bersama di mana-mana dengan permintaan dari OEM Jepang, dan sukses besar. Sekarang di pasar Indonesia, Nittoku mendirikan perusahaan di sini dan kami senang diundang untuk mengintegrasikannya. Saya pikir, dalam situasi dan potensi pasar di Indonesia ini, saya berharap bahwa TNA akan sukses dan akan melanjutkan kesuksesan Autoneum, Nittoku di Indonesia dengan bermitrakan PT.

Produksi massal TNA sendiri dimulai pada September 2012.
Pada bulan April, TNA mulai memasang produksi lapangan Line yang menghasilkan bidang suara sebagai bagian dari bahan baku seperti Isolator Dash, Pembangunan jalur RUL dimulai Mei 2013, RUL adalah nama Reiter Ultra Light sebagai bobot yang ringan untuk solusi akustik bagi otomotif.

Instalasi selesai pada bulan Juni 2013 dan produksi massal dimulai pada September 2013. Semua 3 jalur produksi ini telah diproduksi dan telah bekerja dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Lini produksi berikutnya adalah Carpet Line dan ditargetkan untuk memulai produksi massal pada awal tahun depan (2014).

Produksi komponen otomotif ini sebagian besar untuk kendaraan penumpang, seperti : Dash Insulator, Asphalt Sheet, Dash Outer, Carpet, Inn Fender, Under Cover, Acoustical Battery Duct, Hybrid Battery Cover. Selain itu, Produk yang dihasilkan oleh TNA benar-benar ramah lingkungan dengan menggunakan bahan daur ulang industri sesuai pengetahuan konsumen.

The region holds an active participation in supporting the Harum Citarum program, which is an initiation by the government to reduce pollution in the Citarum river.

The Citarum river, which is the largest and longest in West Java, has recently received an increased level of attention from the government due to pollution concerns. Based on data from the Office of the Environment of West Java’s Province, there are at least 2,000 textile industries along the Citarum river, 90% of which do not have adequate treatment facilities.

In addition to the industries, roughly 20,000 tons of waste and 340,000 tons of wastewater, ranging from domestic household waste to human waste are directly disposed every day into what used to be a clear and pristine waterway. Due to the water not efficiently being treated, local fisherman, residents, businesses and wildlife (mostly fish) are largely affected by this impure epidemic.

Despite trash piling up in the waters and conditions being deemed unsafe, the Citarum river continues to be a vital necessity for the 25 million people who depend on it daily for agriculture, water, and electricity. “With the existence of this wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), we hope to help the government reduce the level of pollution in the Citarum River, while at the same time inspiring the community to take care of the environment, especially the Citarum River, so that it can benefit many people,” Suriadjaja commented.

Having clean water will improve the quality of various sources which depend on the water for resources such as drinking and crop yields. In the future, this clean water initiative will help to revitalize the ecosystem and the volume of fish/wildlife in the river. The river also will help to make the Jatiluhur Reservoir cleaner.

The Jatiluhur, which is Indonesia’s largest reservoir, not only supplies clean water for the city of Bandung but also provides up to 80% of the water supplied for the capital.
